Terms of Service

The MyOne service is operated by MyOne. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and not prohibited from using the service. One account per person.

Keep your login secure and your profile truthful. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Member accounts are free and let you create a profile, browse and send likes.

Membership is a paid subscription (145 kr per week or 395 kr per month, VAT included) that unlocks seeing who likes you, chat and premium features.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Roses are one-time digital purchases that highlight your like: 39 kr for one rose or 99 kr for three, VAT included. Unused roses expire if your account is deleted. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases. By starting to use Membership or roses immediately, you agree that the service begins and accept that the withdrawal right may be lost or reduced in proportion to use, as permitted by law.

You keep ownership of what you post, and give MyOne a licence to display it within the service. Don't post content you don't have rights to.

We are not responsible for the conduct of members on or off the service. Always meet in public and follow our safety tips. Report anything that feels wrong.

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights. These Terms are governed by Swedish law; consumers may also rely on the mandatory law of their country of residence.
