MyOne (“we”) is the data controller for personal data processed through the MyOne service. Contact us at myoneapp.com@gmail.com.

Account data: email, password (encrypted), sign-in provider.

Profile data you choose to share: name, birthday, gender, who you'd like to meet, location (city), occupation, education, photos, core values, interests, lifestyle answers and prompts.

Activity: likes, roses, passes, matches, messages, reports and blocks.

Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

Some answers (for example faith or sexual orientation implied by your preferences) may be special-category data. You provide them voluntarily and with explicit consent, and you can remove them at any time from your profile.

To provide the service and match you with people (contract).

To keep the community safe, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms (legitimate interest).

To show optional information you chose to share (consent).

To comply with law, including tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).

Other signed-in members see your public profile. Messages are only visible to you and your match. We use trusted processors for hosting, payments and email, bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your personal data.

MyOne is global. Where data leaves the EU/EEA we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, photos, likes and messages are deleted immediately; limited records may be kept for up to 3 months for safety, and longer where required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Delete my account. Email myoneapp.com@gmail.com for any other request. You may complain to your local data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY).

MyOne is only for people aged 18 and over. We delete accounts we find belong to minors.
